DrueckGlueck Casino - Integrity concerns American Blackjack Turbo

I have integrity concerns regarding their own software Blackjack games particularly the game American Blackjack Turbo. I am unable to find the software provider behind this game. There are no RNG certificates or anything proving it fair. Under normal circumstances the game should have an approximate RTP of over 99%, however after betting over 6000 EUR the RTP sits at 89%, Furthermore the game shows extremely awkward patterns such as you betting large, having 20, dealer 5 and he pulls 21. Within a very short timeframe today I lost around 800 EUR on this game. I find that extremely strange having played Netent, Microgaming and other BJs. It is not the losing but the how. The game also runs in very strange streaks. I demand that Drueckglueck supplies all information regarding this game and depending on the outcome I will consider further steps. At the moment I feel totally defrauded and I want to warn other players to play this game and possible also not play at Drueckglueck.

As you have already been advised by our Support your concerns are totally unfounded .
Firstly we would like to clarify that American Blackjack Turbo is a GVG production game by SkillOnNet.

This game has gone through and passed external compliance testing of iTech Labs. The testing was performed against a standard recognized by highly regulated remote gambling jurisdictions around the world, including the UK Gambling Commission. The test includes a review of the RNG source code, RNG design as well as data analysis and a supervised build which ensures that the code presented is the code being used. The series of tests have confirmed that the RNG distributes numbers with sufficient non-predictability, fair distribution and lack of bias to particular outcomes.

In terms of BlackJack - the Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) value is a theoretical possible return based upon the player using 100% perfect strategy on every hand and it is not a return which can be averaged on the relatively few hands that the player played (277 to be precise).
We totally understand that it can be frustrating sometimes when the games do not work out as the player would like, but it’s worth pointing out that your first three sessions on this game were winning sessions. From there on it seems like your luck changed a bit..

thanks for your answer. In order to validate your answer I ask for reference about the provider Green Valley Games e. g. hompage and contact details of support. Furthermore give me the license number of the game to doublecheck with the MGA whether it is licensed and legal. Kindly email me the game synopsis with game description and set RTP. I equally need the entire game logs in an excel file via email including player and dealer hands, bet size, tume stamp etc. Also please submit links showing which certificates prove the games integrity e. g. itechlabs and of course all data so I can double check this as well. It is true that when betting small amounts like 1€ to 5€ the game was generous, when betting 50-100€ the game completely switched and only sucks money worse than any other Blackjack game I know. I dont find 277 hands at high bets little. The way this game runs a player who for example bets 10.000 hands will lose his entire existance at the set rates. Taken my average bet the normal hold should have been roughly 130€, but we are at a multiple of that. I need tangible evidence and references which prove without a shadow of a doubt that this game runs clean. Mere promises that the game is integer are insufficient. When I look at the cards given and compare this to known software providers or real play I have my doubts that it us all RNG controlled and if so that the RNG is unbiased. Best regards

As you have raised this issue with the MGA, we will now take this matter up directly with the regulator, meaning also that we will no longer be able to comment in an open forum .
We would like to emphasize again that GVG is a brand name of SkillOnNet and that all of our games are certified with the different licenses we work with.
And all your game history, sessions or hands can be found within the member’s area of the cashier, under the “game help” tab, for your convenience.

You are welcome to contact our Support in the future but this is our final post in the forum.

Based on the information above that this dispute is raised in front of Malta Gambling Authority, AskGamblers Complaints Team will comply with the decision taken from MGA. Until then this complaint is closed and considered as Unresolved.
