Inetbet won't pay

Hi,


My story is: I opened and account at Inetbet and deposits couple times then won about 3000 dollars. When I went to cash out I am told that my winnings will not be paid claiming I have more than one account. I found out later that my renter who had used my computer and my email to look for job had also opened an account with them. I believe that was not my false and it was unfair that I should get punished for an honest mistake. when I tried to cash out they asked me to fax all documents they did not mention anything about multiple accounts. I faxed all my documents to them and 2 days later they told me they won't pay. I did not commit any fraud or abuse bonus. I was honest and used quicktender to deposit , everything was legitimate. I believe they nitpicked and using loopholes to punish an innocent man for being naive. Also, they don't have live chat or phone so it is incredibly frustrating to deal with them. I think they must be the only one without phone or live chat. Please help.

This matter is thus closed - The client had multiple accounts.

Their deposits were returned and their accounts deactivated.
