iNetBet Casino - Declined my withdrawal due violation of terms for a bonus I have already wagered successfully

RESOLVED
posted on July 4, 2015.

Deposited $50 on Inetbet Casino on 7/1/2015 and used a casino code V8KP8, which is a match bonus of 50%. So I started playing with $75. I won a couple of hundred playing different games, that where not locked due to the structure of code and the casino auto locks games that are restricted. I then went to the slots to try and playthrough amount, which I believe was 40X, and I won enough to complete the requirements. After the playthrough was completed, I played the games I like, video poker and 3 card poker table game and I think I even played roulette. Anyway, the end of this session and I had $1260. I decided to try cashing out, which I have never done before on this site even though I have deposited a few times over the years. I was told my account was not verified, so I sent in the necessary information to complete this. I received this message:

We're sorry, but your CourierChk payout request of $ 1,260.00 USD for Account ID superdad2009 has been declined.
Payout Comments: Unfortunately you have played excluded games on the bonus you claimed: V8KP8. Video Poker and Tri Card Poker cannot be played. Your play is thus void as per the rules. We have returned your deposit to your account.

We thank you for your continued business and are always available if you should have any questions.

Hi, I, sorry but I fail to see what the complain is here. You chose to play with a bonus coupon. This bonus had game restrictions attached. You did not meet or adhere to these restrictions so your play was void.

Contrary to your post he system does not auto lock games when a bonus is claimed.

As per the terms:
Offers do not apply to Craps, Roulette, Sic Bo, All Caribbean Games, Multi-Hand Video Poker, Video Poker, Tri-Card Poker, Texas Hold'Em, War, Blackjack/21 variants or Baccarat play.
Any play / winnings gained on excluded games with monies including a bonus or part thereof will result in all winnings being void.

These rules are very clear. Unfortunately as you broke the rules your play was void and your deposit returned to you.
I am sorry if you did not read these prior to playing but as I say they are very clear and displayed on the very same page as the bonus offer.

Best Regards

This is the exact response I would have expected from a casino that has deceived players for years.

This is a total lie, I played only the games that where not locked. I played through the bonus requirements.

Anyone who has used a coupon before knows this. But it really doesn't matter anymore, I will never deposit again on inetbet.

I am sorry you feel that way.

I must however disagree with your comments in regards to deception and lying - those are very strong allegations to be making given we have done nothing wrong in denying your withdrawal.

If you choose not to stick to rules that are in place - then you must accept the consequences of your actions. The rules are very clear indeed.

As I stated previously the system does not block any standard games - it does however list the ones that you are allowed and not allowed to play.
The games you played prior to meeting wagering were listed as not being allowed and they are also shown clearly in the rules of the promotion.

Unfortunately you did not adhere to the rules and played excluded games. Your play was thus void.
We returned your deposit to you.

I should have investigated inetbet a little more before depositing.

This is a casino that claims to be licensed in Costa Rica, which is a haven for rogue companies like this.

I should have known better and am hoping that this complaint will help some others that are thinking about depositing any money on inetbet.

What else would you expect this person who is responding to my complaint to say other than it was my fault and this is why they are not paying.

Funny thing is, after depositing on their site, my bank account was hijacked and charges started showing up that I didn't make. Had to close my bank account and there is nothing I can do about it.

Rogue casino. Stay far away and protect yourself.

Again the information you are posting is incorrect - we are not licensed in Costa Rica

I'm not sure what else you expect us to post other than the facts - just by posting on here doesn't mean you are correct or that we will reverse the decision to void your withdrawal for breach of terms.

If you had issues with your bank and you suspected this was linked why did you not contact us so we could investigate on your behalf or assist.

The simple fact is you breached the terms of the bonus claimed and now you don't want to accept responsibility.

My mistake, you say your licensed in Curacao (per your website)\

However, some online gambling sites choose not to go through the often long and drawn out vetting procedures that will see those sites ultimately, if they pass those vetting procedures, be granted a license by a recognized Gambling Commission, and will instead choose to simply locate their servers and their operation in a low tax haven which offers no real protection for players and gamblers, and one of these located in Curacao.

There is no real infrastructure in Curacao which allows that country to issue gambling licenses, and as such when you find a site proclaiming to be fully licensed by the Curaçao eGaming, they will have obtained is a business license and nothing else!

With this in mind we advise everyone who wishes to gamble online to avoid signing up to and then ultimately gambling at any Curacao licensed site, for that license is not a gambling license and you will have no help at hand if or more likely when you run into problems at a gambling site licensed there.

My point is, don't play on Inetbet.

Thieves and Robbers

Thanks for the apology.

Not thieves and robbers - as explained you did not adhere to the terms of the bonus claimed. Your play was thus void.

We will not be changing our terms (that everyone else abides by) just to suit you I am afraid.

Wow, change your bonus requirements just to suit me?

Typical liar from rogue casino.

I adhered to your requirements, played only the games that where not locked by the coupon. Don't lye and say they where not. Every one who plays will call you out on it.

Just be honest, say you won't pay because you can't do to inetbet a dishonest practices.

Also, please know that what goes around comes around. Your companies increasing bad practices will eventually cost you.

I hope these posts have discouraged at least one person from depositing on your site.

You don't seem to have read any of our previous replies. We are simply going back over old ground here.

Dishonest. Predatory. STAY FAR AWAY FROM INETBET.

IF YOU WIN, you lose.

Incorrect information again.

If you play with us and win, you get paid. As may thousands of our players, who have done in the past, will attest.

However if you claim a bonus and then take no notice of the rules - then you will not get paid.

This is pretty standard and how most operations work.
