I have been trying to verify my account for weeks. I submitted all the required documents weeks ago and have sent dozens of emails, but inetbet is not responding. I signed up with inetbet because they seemed to have a good reputation. I made quite a few deposits before realizing they were not going to respond to my emails. Two weeks ago I was up several thousand dollars and was planning to cashout as soon as my account was verified, but this never happened. I am very upset because i am being ignored and there is no other way to contact support other than email. It seems that inetbet has gone rogue...if not, please contact me!

None of your correspondence have been ignored - all of your emails have been replied to.

I have checked and the last email we sent you was asking you why the address on the ID you have sent to us does not match the one on your account - which you only just opened.

Please would you be so kind as to email our accounts team and they can take this up with you.
We cannot discuss this further on an open forum.

Ok. I received one email stating my address didn't match my ID. I explained that I have since moved after renewing my license, and I asked what else you would need to verify my account. I sent many emails following up to which I never received a response....weeks later - here we are. Please tell me what you need to verify my account and I will gladly comply. I would never have played through my winnings if you guys responded in a reasonable fashion. Of course thats my fault, but that is still very bad customer service. I do not consider this resolved until you actually give me an answer to my question and reason to believe you won't ignore me if there are future issues. I don't know if for some reason you are not getting my emails, but I have been sending a lot of emails to the address listed for your customer support.

Ok, I will do that. As per my previous response -that is the same email that I have been sent a dozen messages to already. Not sure what happened... But, I will be in contact and hope someone replies this time.

I am not sure how my emails were never received; being that the email that inetbet support is now responding from is the same address I was sending to before. But, my account is now verified. I just hope I don't have problems receiving a payout now. This is issue is resolved.
