I am sorry but our rules for free chips are very clear.

These are displayed on the page for this particular promotion itself:


"One bonus per player / household (location) and computer."

And also in the terms and conditions section of our website:


I am afraid that you have not adhered to these rules so you are not eligible to cash out.

Hence the reason your withdrawal was denied.

As per your complaint we informed you as such and so instead of admitting your error you have posted here.

I have no other accounts at your casino, there is no other user in my household or on my computer. you replei error. i think you try to cancel my account just to save the money to the casino!

this is bad practice in a unprofissionel way cheating at casino newcomers not cashing out their winnings!

i hope everybody can read this apply and dont register at your casino or play anyway in your casino!

I am sorry but the information we have provided is correct. There is no error.

We are not in the habit of closing accounts for no reason. Especially for the sake of a free chip.

We have been online over 14 years and that is not how we act.

You have multiple/linked accounts - for that reason your withdrawal was denied as per our rules.

If Askgamblers want to mediate and you are ok with us sharing this information with them, for mediation purposes, then we will be glad to do so. However we will not be posting client information onto an open forum.
