I received 10$ no deposit bonus, I wagered on the allowed games( 95% on Vegas 3card Rummy), I played also a couple of times(small amount) on Roulette but it was not counting for the WR. I met my wager requirements and I asked for a 26$ Neteller Withrawal...it' s approved they said first....

I am sorry but we are not being dishonest with you in any way.
The terms for the free chip are clearly visible on the offer, as well as that when you enter the code the allowed and disallowed games are clearly listed.
You as well did not receive this free chip as you are inferring, you opened an account and entered the code, so the terms were and are very clear.
You chose to ignore both these notifications.
You did not simply play a ‘little’ on Roulette, you also played Baccarat, BlackJack and Tri-Card Poker, all of which you won on and all of which are not allowed.
You then played the ‘allowed’ game Vegas 3 card Rummy and you lost making the wagering and tried to cash out the balance.
If you are going to make allegations please at least ensure they are truthful and accurate.

The rules for our free chip offers are very clear. These show that certain games cannot be played when using free chips.

Not only are the excluded games shown here they are also listed in full in your cashier when a coupon is redeemed.
You state in your complaint here that you played Roulette. This is an excluded game. So as per the terms and conditions, which you agreed to when claiming the free chip, your play is void.
There is no complaint to deal with here.
