i request withdrawal on june 5 of $1600 that was approved on june 6/8/2016 $1,380.00 ,they aways have just excuses no one there actually willing to help. i keep caling their costumer service and email im send email to them they either dont give me answers just lot excuses i have not my money and i need your help

I'm terribly sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this.

I've looked at your account and I can see that the payment was issued late last week. I would expect to see tracking on this in the next day or so, with the payment being delivered before week's end.
