Lucky Spins Casino - I've been waiting to get my winnings for 3,5 months

So. I won 100USD with a bonus. I went over the wager requirement and wanted to withdraw my money. So, i had to deposit 25USD to be able to withdraw via VISA (a verification procedure i quess). I requested the withdraw, and started waiting to get the money (they say it takes something like a few days) I sent my documents, they answered me back "we will contact you after verification", they never did, even though i've spoken with their representive in the chat box, and he told me it was verified. So, i've been now waiting for my money for over 3 and a half months, contacting their chat representive many many times, always getting the same answer "yes you will be paid in 48 hours" or "you will be paid in 72 hours" etc.. As of like a month ago, they started making excuses like "we've been facing technical issues with our 3rd party payment processor. They also never respond to email, which the chat representive often asks to contact. Also, i can't call them, beause i live in Finland and it would be super expensive. I'm really tiredof fighting with this casino, and i just want to get my winnings + my own money back (the 25USD i deposited to be able to withdraw). The total withdraw amount is 125USD.

I would like to add, that i've noticed the casino site not working properly for about 2 weeks. Can't access their games, nor log in. Their Chat has also not worked for 2 weeks. (Bankruptcy?)
