I'm starting to get a little nervous regarding my withdrawal I requested a payout for $1800 on Sept 13, it was approved by the 17th I have verified that all paperwork is in and complete with no problems. Last week They said it would go out on Monday and I would have a tracking number. I gave them until today and they are still giving me excuses that everything is fine and it will go out next week! What happened to this week?? I feel even worse because I recommended this casino to a co worker and she made a withdrawal for only $400 almost 4 months ago and still hasn't received anything and they won't even talk to her. When she did get a hold of someone they said everything is fine. It's not fine. She still hasn't received it. How can you have a payables department you can't even call? They say you have to contact them on "live chat " Makes no sense to me. I'm starting to believe what everybody else is saying that they don't pay their players as they say they do. They will sure accept deposits though I'll believe it when I see it

Still have not seen anything. They did say they paid the $1800 on Sept 29. But I've stil to receive a tracking number or any kind of confirmation that it has been paid.
