I Haven't got paid yet from Grand Parker Casino

Hi everybody! I played at Grand Parker Casino on several occasions and never was able to reach the play through. On May 5, 2012 I finally met the play through and won $2500.00. I submitted a withdrawal request for the same amount and on May 14, 2012 I received a email stating that my withdrawal for $1000.00 had been approved and sent to me by check. I sent my fax back form which was approved in March 2012 and a updated form with the international routing number for my bank account in May 2012, which was also approved. First off all I want to say that the maximum withdrawal request is $2500.00 at Grand Parker. So why am I only being approved for $1000.00. Secound I want to say, why is my funds being sent by check when then had my wire transfer information. I sent three emails to them asking them these questions and have not gotten a response. This is bad business. This means if you win you will have to wait 10 days for processing of withdrawal another 10 days to recieve check by mail and another 10-15 days for the check to clear. So you are looking at 30 days for payment.

I received payment today for $1000.00! So they did pay but it's a long process.

First withdraw is always the longest as it's subject to many different forms and reviews. Future ones should be smoother..
