Slots Plus Casino - Won't let me terminate my account!

slots plus won't let me terminate my account. i have a gambling-problem. i asked for limits to be placed on my deposits, but they let me change the limits if i ask. i asked them to not let me deposit, but they let me deposit if i ask. i need my account to be terminated so that i can't even be tempted to play.
