Planet 7 Casino - Delaying a bank transfer for months

Need some one higher up that can help....Please...3rd attempt for my bank wire for around $2,000...was approved back in August 2016...was told it would be in bank around middle September...did not recieve ..was told it was the issues with processors....2nd time wire was sent... was told it was an issue with the batch that was sent out.....and now. After speaking with different people and writting on chat with planet 7...was told on 17th of Oct..after i sent proof of a bank statement i didnt recieve it....it was processed again...3rd time..an should have recieved it right away because it was put in as a priority.. Because of all of the issues that was going on.. Today is now October 26 2016 and have still not recieved my withdrawl of a little over $2,000....I am not one to complain but i have never had an issues with this casino and i am a loyal player ...but i have been sooooo upset now and need someones help...I love this casino....any suggestions are welcome...thanks

First, I'd like to apologize for the delays and frustrations with this.

I've looked at your account and I do see that your payment has already been sent off to our processors. I would imagine you'll see this payment reflected in your account, early next week (if not, already).
