Loki Casino - Unable to request a withdrawal

I made a deposit of 50, 100 and 200. And after my last deposit i won a nice ammount of money; 950 euros.
Then i wanted to withdraw my money. The withdrawal page confirms that I can withdraw 950 euros but i cant select any options.
I made the deposit with Ideal and I would like to withdraw using a bank transfer but this option is not possible.
Also i tried to talk with someone on the live chat, but it keeps saying I need to wait 4 minuts. But I already waited more than 10/15 minutes a few times.

I still hope they will help me with this.

Thanks for comments and we're sorry that you didn't have a positive experience with our site. Bank transfer is possible and available. Please try again. Also you can activate a credit card or any e-wallet by making a minimal deposit and withdraw it.
