888 Casino - Holding deposit funds after self exclusion and not refunding them

Hi last night after numerous emails i signed up to 888 casino i never accepeted any of there bonus offer and deposited £260 after dificulty with one of there games i realised my acount was frozen and called them they said due to a lifetime self exclusion placed years ago i forgot all about and that they will not return my money that was not wagerd on any games this surely cannot be right is it

No u refunded £100 when you took £260 you should not of let me deposit any money at all it is your systems fault I w should have all £260 returned as I am sure if I won £2600 I would not get anything so why should you keep all money deposited I will report to gambling commission again and contact the gambling authorities in Gibraltar if all deposits are not returned like I said if I won £2600 would you pay me all winnings no you wouldn't so why should u keep all deposits after self exclusion for life many years ago from one of your other sites
