High Noon won't Pay with no good reason

I have played at High Noon for over a year, made withdrawals with no problems before. Response time usually 7 business days to be in my account. I can accept that. This last round however, I requested the withdrawal on Feb 25, the withdrawal was approved on February 29th and still no money and its March 19th. Every time I email I get a bogus answer that the money will be in the account in a couple of days...here is an example of an email response from High Noon:

I have 5 different emails with the same response dating back to the 7th of March...Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there,

We have experienced a delay with some recent ACH's following a batch of payments that did not complete due to an error. This should be pretty much resolved now and you should have received an email from our cashier explaining the situatation and when you should expect payment.

Sorry for the delay but the information as to the missing payments only came to light very recently. So the cashout on your account seemed to have gone through fine which is why you thought you were getting 'bogus answers'.

2 more days and still no payment. If it was a simple ACH problem shouldn't that be fixed within 3 weeks time. At least be honest about the situation, I have been being told a "couple" of days for 3 weeks now....its been almost a month since the withdrawal was approved.....come on High Noon you used to be one of the best!

We've integrated a new ACH provider which is part of the reason for the length of the delay. Once things settle down we'll get back to being one of, if not THE best.

Approaching a month and still no money.....it can't possibly thake that long to integrate a new ACH provider....you still are able to accept money just fine. Im losing faith that I will ever get the money at this point. I highly recommend not playing here unless they get this problem fixed.

Sorry for the delay. We'll have the funds to you as soon as possible that is guaranteed.

After the first batch didnt complete, some funds were sent by the new processor but due to the backlog these are taking longer than they should due to the volume.

We understand that this is not ideal and normal service will resume very shortly.

Another 4 days and still no money???? There couldn't have been this big of a back log in payments. Until High Noon starts paying again.....DONT PLAY at this CASINO! And mine is not even that large of a payout, I don't feel like there is any integrity being shown by his casno, up until now I held this casino in the highes regard, but even with problems a month to payout is simply not acceptable.
