High Noon Casino won't pay me!

I received this email from High Noon Casino today,

Hi,

I spoke to you on the 11/24/2012 in regards to changing your address as you stated that when you registered, you registered with wrong details. I understand that you done this because you wanted to ensure that the casino wasn’t a scam, however under the strict casino terms and conditions this isn’t allowed. I’m sorry to let you know that this has resulted in your winnings being void.

Below I have attached these Terms & Conditions for you to take a look at:

12. The player is required to provide their complete, current and full personal details, including a phone number where they can be contacted. Incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent information may result in the player’s account being closed and any bonuses and winnings being removed.

13. CWCUSD reserves the right to withhold any pay out or winning amount until the identity of the winning person is verified to our satisfaction. For this purpose, we further reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to require that the Player provides us with a notarized ID or any equivalent certified ID according to the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

Why take away my money when I can send in ID to be verified? This place is a scam and you have found a weak excuse not to pay up. It appears that this casino does not have any honor. I explained my reason and any legitimate business would agree especially in the extremely dodgy online casino business. I was protecting my information until I had a chance to find out if this place is real. Is that fraudulent actively, I think not especially since I came to them to explain my reservations. I have been a victim of identity theft and therefore I am quite cautious with my details. Why didn't they tell me when I changed my details that this would happen? This is just a way to not pay up. I won that money and deserve it. Don't steal.

It should also be mentioned that the winning were from a free chip, no actual money was deposited by the player.

The casino have acted wtihin the terms and conditions and no further action can be taken.

So let me understand this, because you guys sent me an email offering me a free chip and because I won with it, I am a low life scum and I am not entitled to the winnings. I have read many online blogs and this casino has a reputation for finding any excuse not to pay while hiding behind weak clauses and sub clauses of rules. This is not an honorable place and I urge all that read this to do their research before playing this casino. You will find that my case is not a 'one off' but is quite the norm.

Just to reiterate I provide my nick and my previous address when I first joining the casino as I received and unsolicited email. I have no idea how the company got my email address. I was weary as I have been a victim of identity theft so with much trepidation I decided to check it out to make my mind up for myself. The casino says I should have just went on live chat to ask them if the place is legit but at the time when things were unknown, it would be like a chicken asking a wolf if it was a vegetarian. The checking out had to be done independently. Forgive me for being new to this but to just take the winnings in such a cold fashion, this company is without honor. Even if I didn't change my address back to my current one, I still part own my old address and finance my mom in law to live there. The details were not fake as the casino says but just alternate. Anyone can see that this is just a ploy to not pay.

I did enjoy playing at the casino and hoped to have a long relationship with it but their highly questionable practices came to the forefront quite early in my playing tenure and that is a major cause for concern. While they hide behind the computer and anonymity, have cold responses like the previous, I am left to feel that there is no justice. I don't care about the money, it was a few hundred bucks and I will add that I am financial secure and would have probably just given the money to my nephews or my church but it is the principle of the matter whereby a dishonest company is getting away with dishonest practices time and time again and we are powerless to stop it.

Hi, no further response is required here as the player has been in contact with our support via email and various other forums. The head of cashier has also had dialogue with you regards to this.

Well I guess the issue was just swept under the carpet, again. Exhibit A of why not to do business with this place. I doubt I have ever or will ever come in contact with a cold and deceitful company such as High Noon Casino. Buyer Beware.
