I sign up to this HIGHNOON CASINO and claim the $61 no deposit bonus, I played and fulfilled their wagering requirement of 60x, my money on my account after my play was$540.63 but the max withdrawal is only $305, then I request a withrawal then they said that i will deposit first at least $21 to see where my winnings will be sent. I deposit $25 from my neteller account, then they ask me to send my identity documents and the verification form sign by me, then this documents that they requested were submitted by me including my passport, drivers license, utility bill and sign verification form, after that I received an email, On Tuesday, October 15, 2013 5:29 PM, High Noon Casino Cashier wrote:

Hi, as informed there were a number of ptoblems on the security checks which is what led us to this decision.

Unfortunately this cannot be reversed and the deposit amount has been refunded.

what is this incorrect details? i fill up the sign up form with my full details and no incorrect and my documents were my identity documents, why did you do this to your players? you are making a reason not give their winnings, I worked for that so I have the right to received my winnings, I send all your requirements then you said it did not pass to your security, I am using that identity documents to neteller and other ewallet sites but they are pass to their security. Now I know you have so many complaint from the players like my complaint.
