High Noon Casino - Not Credited for Deposit!

I am a LOYAL, VERY LOYAL, customer at High noon. I have played thousands of dollars with them and NEVER taken a withdrawal! I buy in small amounts, $21-$40 at a time. I had made two deposits yesterday for $21, and was only credited for one. And the casino has told me that they didn't receive funds for my deposit, but they did. I even sent them a copy of my online statemernt showing the purchase by them but they refuse to credit me in my playing account. This is unacceptable. I only play at high noon casino and have never asked for a withdrawal. This is completely unfair and I'm astonished at how much money I have spent with them and they refuse to help me.

Hi, sorry that you experienced some difficulties when depositing with us.

Looking at the notes on your account we have raised this with the processor involved as we did not receive the funds even though you were charged..This means that there was likely a drop in communication between the processor and our merchant account for whatever reason.

We were informed on the 5th of April that the deposit would be refunded back by the processor and will drop into your account which you may have received by now?

I don't think this was a case of we were not willing to help you, more of a case of we need to investigate with the 3rd party processor before we can help you and resolve your issue within two days of your initial contact with us.

Please confirm the refund from the processor was received.

Just confirmed that the refund was made to the player for $21 on April 5th. Two days after the complaint was raised with our CS team.
