Winbig 21 Casino - Need help with my delayed payment

I followed all casino rules, deposited, asked for my withdrawal of $400.00 on dec 7th 2015. I have emailed support, no response, I have called, now the number is not available:-(, i have chatted with support a number of times and always get an excuse...they tell me i will get my money but now i am beginning to feel they are telling me that just to quiet me. All I want is my 400.00 :-(

No response, I have heard nothing :-( My withdrawal is still listed as reversible, over 2 months now. So sad that these places can get away with this :-(

This complaint has been reopened upon submitter's request and we would really like to give it one more chance and help both parties involved to reach to a satisfactory resolution.
