Slots of Vegas Casino - Haven't received my payment

I have played slots of vegas for a while now, and it is very fun. BUT, i tried to cash out some winnings and haven't received anything. my withdrawal request was received on 1-29-16, and approved on 2-12-16. they say there are 3 stages to the cash out, approval: 10-15 banking days, Payment to Process: 10 business days, and Delivery: dependent upon withdrawal option. It is now 3-29-16, and i still have not heard anything, and every time i try to contact someone they give me the run around. i would like to continue to play, but i wont if they refuse to pay me what i am owed.

I just did a quick check and I can see that the tracking on your payment has come in and is set to be delivered to you, tomorrow (Friday). ;-)
