Silver Oak Casino - Haven't received my winnings after almost one month

I made a withdrawal ($500) on 20 October 2016. Been told my id was verified and I just needed to wait for my winning to reach my account. Been waiting and contacting the live support for the update, what they could do was escalating this matter to the manager, asking me to be patient and try to contact them again in few more days time for the updates. I've never waited this long to receive my winnings.... They kept on telling me that they're in high volume of this and that, they just recently moved to Europe and hope we could understand the situation. Well, in some cases, I believe we customers do try to understand the situation, but waiting to get our winnings for too long is a bit too much I think. Everytime I contacted the live support, I had to wait for at least 10 minutes for them to respond (4 minutes when I was "lucky"). I usually opened another tabs checking some other things while I was waiting for them to respond. Once they responded and I didn't respond back (for less than 2 minute) then they terminated the chat right away, and I had to reconnected to the live chat and waited again.

With this things going on, I think.... SilverOak is lacking of staff?, which making us the customers becoming the one who "suffer" in here.... I hope I was wrong but that's really the impression I got.

Anyway, on top of that all, I always got good service from the live chat support. However, I still expect my money to reach my account soon because when I made the deposit, I paid right away, but when I make winnings why do I need to wait for such a looooonnggg time. If someone say, "be patient, eventually you'll get the money", when will that eventually be? In 1 year time? 2 years time? Just disappointing....

I'm sorry for the frustration you've experienced with all this.

I've reviewed your account and I do see that your withdrawal was approved, however, your wire details which we received were incomplete and/or inaccurate. With this, one of our manager's contacted you and suggested we issue this payment via Bitcoin. It's my understanding that we've been waiting on a reply from you. Unfortunately, I'm not understanding the recent notes on your account and I will need to speak with the manager who is directly involved. I'll be speaking with the manager in the morning to clarify things and I will report back here with an update.

All details given to you through the email was for sure correct as other casinos never have problem paying me through the same details I gave to you. I made deposit through the same method (and I believe you never have any problem receiving it) and expect to be paid through same method as well. I'm not interested in making any account on Bitcoin as I don't need any hassle. I've spoken with our Finance Manager and there was a small error in the notes I read on the account (the bit regarding Bitcoin). No worries, however--we've issued the payment, which if you've not yet received it, you should, early next week.
