Ruby Slots Casino - Have not received payment yet

After reading the other issues on askgamblers.com I am a small time fish in the pond playing at Ruby Slots Casino. But it would be nice to know how many months should one wait for even a small payout of $100.00 it only took the Casino 10 seconds to remove money from my account. In the attachment you can see on 21-07-2016 I did a Withdrawal Requested for a small amount of 100 dollars it was approved on 29-07-2016 today is now 08-September-2016 with no payout sent. I used a playersrrewardcard that was supposed to speed everything up. If this is speedy not receiving the payment yet how long does it take if your not already verified and have a playersrewardcard. I have had many different Live Chats and Email Chats with the Casino always giving me a different person I have to talk to but know one can tell me HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET PAID.

I've taken a look at your account and the reason for the delay is simply because we did not receive your documents until a week ago.

Your payment is now on its way to you and I would expect to see the tracking in the next day or so. As soon as your tracking comes through, I'll be back to update this thread.
