Hi, I received a promotional letter/bonus chip code in the mail about a month ago, one came to me and another to my husband. I usually throw them away, but this one I decided to try! I think it was a free 25 or 30$ free chip code. Anwyay, after I played that I deposited $40 of my own money...low and behold playing the Dracula slot game, I quickly turned that $40 into over $9000. From that point on, I submitted all the necessary paperwork, after days of a run a round, I finally received an approval letter on April 25th and was told my funds would be in my account within 10 days..here is the approval letter from their department: Dear Tara,

So, on this past Friday, I was informed that only $1000 would be wired into my account instead of the $3000 installments they told me I would be getting every 10 days. they put the other $2000 back into my account, les $120 free they gave me to play on. So now they have taken from me out of my withdraw~ able account! ok, so after going back and forth with a manager named Martin in Finance, he promised me over a CHAT, that everything will get resolved, he will talk to the department and email me Monday as soon as he heard something. Monday came and went. I called and emailed..no responses and no money in my bank yet. These people now have every ounce of my personal info to do identity fraud if they want. I must admit I have been very angry and did state I would involve police fbi and casino control commission. I have notified the control commission where they are located and waiting to hear back from them as well!!! this is now the letter I woke up to today when I noticed I was locked out of my account: Dear Tara,
