On 05/27/16 my check withdrawal request for $2,250 was approved (see attached photo). On June 3rd, I responded to the last action item i was asked to complete, which was yet another confirmation of my address and phone #. I was told that my check request would be forwarded to the 3rd party processor within 14 days. Since that time, every time I've reached out to the casino, I've been told that they're looking into my payment, and that they'd get back to me, but no one ever does.

While their customer service is always polite, it's been a over a month since the processor was supposed to have my check request, and nearly 8 weeks since my payment was approved.

I'm terribly sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this.

I've taken a look at your account and I do see that your payment is on its way. I would expect to see tracking on it early next week--generally once we receive tracking, payment is delivered the same or following day.

As soon as I have your tracking, I'll report back here with an update.

Hello,

Thank you for getting back to me. Today I received a check via FedEx. I went into my branch to deposit it about approx 1.5 hours ago. I just received an alert telling me that the check was returned (see attachement).

Please advise. . .

Hello,

It appears the the teller who took my deposit made the error - I'm being asked to come back into the bank to sign some paperwork so that the transaction can be processed (something about the check being foreign).

If I have any other issues, I'll let you know. Otherwise, thank you for the quick resolution. I appreciate it a lot.
