hi askgamblers i have a complaint about guts casino i was playing a game called GEMIX for around 4-5 hours and got my ballance up to 388 when i got a pop up saying session timed out please log in so when i logged back in my balance had dropped 228 and i went back into GEMIX my level on this game had also dropped to level 3 from level 10 so i complaint to guts casino they sent me a copy of game play but not all the game play for that day just the first 200 spins not the thousands or so i did that day i so could ask gamblers help here as i was ripped of for 160 as my balance was 388 but i only recived 228 i also find it strange that the game provider in this case{ play and go} you cannot check your history yourself but the game provider has to do this for you which in my opinion is totally wrong my user name at this casino was craigy321 as i have blocked my account with them after this happened
