Green Dog Casino - Did not honored my welcome bonus as promised

I recieved an email off green dog casino on Monday the 18th of April offering a 400% bonus plus extra daily £10 bonus if made a deposit and wagered £10 that day.
The following day I made the minimum deposit required which was £10 using neteller. The email stated I had until Friday 22nd April to make a deposit to claim the bonus.
I was not credited with the 400%. The email stated the extra £10 could take up to 72 hours to come into my account but the welcome bonus should of been applied straight away.
I tried to email them using the support email they give on their website on Tuesday night but on Wednesday afternoon I recieved a notification from outlook that the delivery of the email had been delayed.
I tried again today to email them after hearing nothing from them and again outlook sent me a notification with the same message.
I would just like to have my account credited as the email promised. I have attached a screen shot of the email green dog sent as well as the outlook notification
