Grand Reef Casino - Withdrawal of €665 delayed for weeks

Dear AskGamblers!
I register,and first time play G.R.casino 16.06.2016.
Deposit 30€ and won 665€.Of course my bonus waggering requirement done,so i ask withdraw.They accept and received e-mail: "Dear XYZ,

We have received your withdrawal request for the amount of €665.00, and understand you wish to be paid via a Bank Draft.

The payment will be sent to the address, below, which is the one registered in your gaming account. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with this address."
They not ask any proof ID,Driver license.My withdraw at the moment still pending status,since 2 weeks.Sometimes i talk live support,they always say soon will processed my withdraw...

Grand Reef casino not pay out my legit winnings since ~3 month! (06.16)
I contacted support multiple time,they just promise "soon processed",my case "high priority",
but up to now didn't happen!
I deposited from Visa card,but sent my all bank details several weeks ago,if bank transfer better way them.
I sent email pitboss too,but no reply.I can send you the whole string of emails,and live chat screenshots which were sent and received if needed!
Please help!

I have received below message from the Pit Boss of Grand Reef Casino on 10th Sep.

So far not happened any,still yet pending status since 90 calendar day my withdrawal!

Today when i log in G.R. casino site i see,my withdraw options empty,no there any pending or processed amount,i hope they pay out finally.

Nothing has happened so far,G.R. casino not payout for me.

Update: Today i talk again to live support,and they said sent to me 23.09. email I'd ask for my documents proof ID,Bank Card photo etc.etc. I not got any email...so,added for live support my secondary mail adress and finally arrived.I sent my all documents,hopefully they payout next 2-3 days for me.
