Taking double deposits

bt1esws: I tried to do a deposit and it was disapproved so I tried again a couple of minutes later and it was approved. I started to play and all the sudden my balance increased. As it turns out it took both deposits. I only wanted to put $50 in because I never win on this site. Also it only gave me bonus for $50 and not $100. What can be done to fix this problem.

Tracey: I am sorry but your playable balance is 0 now, you played your money down.

Tracey: First you deposited $50 then used a 75% deposit bonus and you deposited $50 on the top of it.

Tracey: There is nothing we can do know.

bt1esws: It said the first deposit was declined thats why I tried again

Tracey: I am sorry about it, but I can not help you in this case.

As you can see they weren't even willing to give the bonus for the $100, But they sure took the $100. I will never play here again and would advise everyone to play elsewhere.

On March 31, 2013 you made a successful $50 deposit, however, it seems that a few minutes later, another deposit for the same amount was completed. This means you deposited $100 when you reported that you only meant to deposit $50.

We apologize for this oversight and would like to offer a deposit bonus match offer of 100% up to $100 on your next deposit.

Once you respond, we would be happy to credit such a bonus to customer's account.
