Grand Reef delay tactics on payment

two weeks no payment they have asked for so much of my personal information its not funny now they want a marriage cert what next i just want my money

The player initially used a Credit Card not registered on his name. In these cases , the casino underlines this as fraud. There was communication with the player enquiring about the card and the normal casino account verification process. As standard , verification documents were requested from the player , which he did send through at his time of preference. There was also verification needed for the card as the player informed it was a joint account with his partner.

The verification process was completed this week upon receipt of the player’s final outstanding document. The player has subsequently been paid .

 

The complaint will be considered as resolved.

In case that player didn't receive funds, he can contact AskGamblers' Support and they will be able to reopen this case again.
