Grand Reef Casino wont pay me

I have played some times a Grand Reef casino and never won anything. But now i have won 300€ and made a withdrawal. I soon got a mail from the casino that they needed an utillity bill and a Photo ID to make my withdrawal. I sent it to them, A few hours later i got a mail from them that my documents was not valid. I asked them what was wrong with the documents, but i only got the standard mail that they needed the Photo ID and bill, but now they also needed for and back of my creditcard. I mailed them all they asked for , but only answer i have got since is 7 new standard mails asking for the documents. I now know that i wont get any further. I asked them more than once for a confirmation that they have seen my documents but they have never answered with anything else than their frustrating standard mails.

I have now gone so far that after sending them a lot of documents,( many of them several times) that they dont ask for more documents now. But my withdrawal is still pending. So i hope it is a matter of few days before they will pay me. But you never know.

Just talked to their support. They cant/wont give me a date for when i will get paid my winnings. This is very suspect. Very sad it have to go this far for 300 euro.
