Grand Reef Casino withholding winnings

Be warned Grand Reef Casino will drag out paying as long as possible. I had a collect of 3000 dollars. I have been waiting 10 days now for payment and today have received an email stating they are unable to pay my 3000 dollars but will pay me a 1000 dollars now and a thousand next week and the rest the week after.

This is absolutely ridiculous. they are more than happy to take thousands off players but come time to pay out and they just will not. they drag it out as much as possible.

I just want to be paid what I am owed.

Be Warned its not a nice feeling having to wait over a month to receive a small 3000 dollar collect. Below is the ridiculous email I received.

At the moment we are experiencing technical difficulty clearing funds from our international bank account and this is why your payment has been delayed, however you may rest assured that we are working very hard to have this resolved in the quickest possible time. I am currently unable to determine when this issue will be resolved and I really do not want you to wait any longer for your payment.

In order to have your funds processed to you promptly, I have managed to schedule weekly payments of AUD1000.00 to your account, the first payment has already been processed which you can expect shortly. Should I have this issue resolved sooner, I will ensure that all funds outstanding on your account are processed to you immediately.
