Grand Reef Casino - withdrawals delays (CONSISTENT PROBLEM!!!)

I have sent relevant documents to Grand Reef Casino on two separate ocassions, so they "definitely" have all the relevant paperwork on file. Yet everytime I try to make a withdrawal they do not pay. When you contact them to enquire about it, they ask for the relevant paperwork again before making payment. This is the exact same paperwork they already have on file multiple times!!!
