Grand Reef Casino - Withdrawal Process far too long

I've been using Grand Reef Casino for a long time and have always enjoyed my experience, I'd never had issues & recommended them to friends. I hadn't used them for awhile but decided to give them another go. I had some luck and made a withdrawal of 350NZD on the 13/07/13 under Transaction ID "16260159CT"

I followed up with the withdrawal many times being advised its fine until I received a message advising I needed to send my ID & deposit confirmation form (again) on the 31/07/13 which I filled out promptly and sent back. I reluctantly cancelled the withdrawal after realizing it had my old address on the withdrawal and being told it could cause a problem. They advised me the only reason it took over 2 weeks to get to that point was due to so many players having luck and making withdrawals too.

I played a bit more online and had further luck so made my rewithdrawal on the 2/08/13 of 620NZD since then I've been contacting them every 2nd or 3rd working day and each time I've been advised its been escalated further & that a "pitboss" is looking into my situation. Unfortunately even today the withdrawal is still pending on my account.

It seems to me that over 2 weeks is the standard withdrawal time for Grand Reef Casino now based on both these experiences & after reading the other reviews of the casino which is extremely disappointing as Grand Reef has always been so excellent in the past. I never wanted to make a complaint but this experience has really changed my view on Grand Reef & I don't think I'll be using their services again once they've processed this withdrawal. They have a promise on their website "Fast and transparent payouts, 7 days a week" which definitely needs to be updated to reflect the actual truth.

I can confirm that payment was received in the end. I am grateful but do think Grand Reef Casino should still update their website to reflect the possibility of this happening again. If I was told from the start that it could take up to 2 months for the payment to clear then I would've been fine to wait - I think some honesty in processing time would go a long way. Thanks for finally paying though.
