My last complaint was unanswered. GRC Rep kindly answered to a complaint about $25 no deposit bonus, but left my complaint about $15,000 (fifteen thousand) unanswered.
So, I initiated my 3 withdrawals of $5,000 each on Sep 4th ($5,000) and Sep 7th ($5,000+$5,000). Almost 3 months past. No reasons were given. The last email I got from GRC stated "We have processed your withdrawal request of $5,000.00;" email is dated: November 21, 2012 8:13:11 AM. More then 1 week past and I got no payment yet.
It would not be a surprise for me if GRC ignore this complaint either.
So, I have question to AskGambler and others. What should be my next step. Where to file a complaint? Is there any gambling commission or any other organization that gave a gambling license to GRC?
Any help is appreciated.
