Grand Reef casino - 2 Weeks No Pay, No Manager / Boss Available, Very Slow Pay

This is not the first time i have tried Withdrawing from Grand Reef but it is by far the longest wait i have received, i've been waiting for 2 weeks now and on Monday that will make it 3 Weeks, i have spoken to the Live support more than 50 Times i reckon and this is no joke i get the same response everytime, "There is a Delay as we have had alot of withdrawals"

"i have marked it as HIGH PRIORITY" "I will speak with the Pittboss as soon as he comes in" etc... i have asked to speak with the Manager / Pittboss everytime i have spoken to them and all i get is excuses as i ask they say he will be in within 20 Minutes so i go back and ask them 20 Minutes later and what happens next is they say he won't be in for 4 - 5 Hours so i believe there is no Pittboss, they SUPPOSEDLY passed my number onto this Pittboss but have never recieved a Phone Call, they can't give you even the slightest estimate of when your payment will be in your bank which is very disappointing, and as i read on the website it takes 1 -5 Days for yur payment to be put through to your bank and after 1 - 5 days it is also suppose to stop the Reverse Withdrawal but the Reverse withdrawal is still available which is so bloody annoying, i read through the list of Recent Winners and a few of the comments explain how each of these BIG WINNERS have recieved a PHONE CALL from a V.I.P but it seems weird that he has time to call these Big Winners but not enough time to help out the rest of the Customers. Very Very Dissapointed in the quality of service from the Payments Department & Pittboss if there is even a Pittboss.

Yes after a Shockingly Long Extended out wait i finaly recieved my Money, i was very dissapointed in how long the service took, i think they should employee more staff to push through payments much faster or just simply make there staff actually do some work in the payments department, the chat service is the only excellent thing about the casino, yes this is resolved, thank you AskGamblers :)
