Grand Parker Casino - Bogus 'Random Security Check' since 5 months

Hi, I played at grand parker in july and won a couple thousands. I then successfully got my account fully verified on the 10th of july and withdrew money. On the 17th of july i then got a message from the casino saying that my account has been chosen for a random securitycheck that will take up to 60 business days. I was obviously very annoyed by it, but didnt know what to do, i tried to talk to the manager or something, but i just got delayed over and over again. After around 3 months of waiting i started trying to withdraw money again, but it still gets denied 90% of the time i try to withdraw. Im waiting since 5 months now and only recieved 2 withdrawals so far of 1000$ each which seems to be the maximum per withdrawal and still have 3300$ in the account at the moment. The last few withdrawals all got denied and i always get the same robotic answer about random security checks. Waiting over 5 months to get your money is beyond unacceptable and i hope askgamblers can help me with this. Thank you for reading.

no update, i went to the livesupport of grand parker casino and sent them the link and explained the situation in order to get someone to respond to it, hope this will help.
