Grand Parker Casino is not paying me!

Unfortunately I did not come here prior to depositing with GRAND PARKER because it seems my issue is as many before me. I initially requested $3000, as per many conversations with live chat, I could withdraw up to $3000 weekly. This all started about the last week of October. After jumping thru all their hoops, ten days later I get email telling me click turbine would be handling withdrawal request and that grand parker had already set account up for me. Upon signing in to click turbine, I discover a mere $1000 had been made available for my withdrawal, which involved another week before finally deposited into my account. I then discovered I now had to once again request balance of original withdrawal request and wait ten more days to be approved. Well, today is day 10 and just received email from grand parker that my account was randomly chosen for security check that may take up to 60 business days. I am sick! I know I shouldn't have, but I was counting on this for Xmas for my kids:-(. Help please!

The only update I have is the total due me is $1500. Unfortunately, during the waiting period in November I played $500 off. Sorry I was not clear on that. Grand Parker owes me $1500. Ty

After daily calls inquiring about status of withdrawal request and so called random security check, I am told to send email, describing issues to [email protected] and he would be certain to have the finance dept. Read it. In addition, he told me to call back today, Tuesday, after 12 noon and request live chat with financial dept.
Was really excited to have something different to work with until I really studied the following email.

Ok, after being told I could speak with finance thru Live chat, tried for days unsuccessfully. Then told to email. Now email going unanswered.
Why don't you all just send my money to c****t*****e and not have to deal with me. All I am asking for is money that o have tried to get for going on 2 months now. Please! Respond and let me know what hold up is and what I can do on my end.
