Grand Parker Casino - Kicked out after huge bonus

I am having problems with logging in. Two nights ago, I was playing the real money video slots, and on one of the spins, the reels kept spinning and would not stop and eventually the program closed itself. Since then, when I open the casino program, it will not let me enter my user name, and will only let me press the exit button. When I try to sign in through the website, it tells me that my user name and password don't match. So then I tried to recover my password with the 'forgot password' option, and kept getting an error message when I try to submit the form. I have tried to contact support via email, and have received no response. I also tried the 'live chat' option, which is really not live at all, but an option to send a message to a 'live chat representative. All of this took place directly after a nice little winning streak. I started using this casino about a week ago, put in about $100 total (in 20 increments with promo code bonuses), and wound up pushing my total to just above $2,000. A few spins after I hit a huge bonus round (Warlocks Spells) is when the reels kept spinning, and I seemingly got kicked out, and have been unable to log in since and not a word from customer support. Would really like to know what is going on here.

3 days now and still no response from Grand Parker Casino's customer support. I am about to send another email to their support services. If that fails, my next step will be to turn this matter over to my attorney. Will keep you informed and updated on the continuous unprofessional operation of Grand Parker Casio on their lack of customer support.
