Grand Parker Casino - getting upset with it

We have been making deposits to Grand Parker since the beginning of 2012- we've never won- when we finally won- made it through play thru- the casino some how shut down communications...We can't log in... The live chat line says" upgrade in progress" for 2 weeks now... We've called the number on the home page- it sends me to a dial tone- makes no sensewe are upset because we finally got a return on multiple deposits they apparently don't want to honor.
