Grand Macao Casino closed my account and stole my deposit

Hello,
Here is my story: I have opened account at grand macao casino and deposited 200EUR, then got bonus. I have seen that there's no cashout button so I contacted support and they said that I have to verify my ID first. OK I have sent all docs, waited a week then my account has been BANNED!! and I am sending them e-mails (3 or 4 for now) and they have never reply to any.
So generally I have deposited 200EUR and they steal those by locking my account and not answering.
