Gorilla Casino didn't pay me and no response for e-mails

Hello,
Gorilla Casino has approved my withdrawall on 16th March and I have never got this money into my skrill account. I have tried to contact them many times by e-mail but they don't reply and when I tried by livechat they have closed the chat.
Please check with them.
