Golden Lady Casino - Having technical issues, can't deposit nor withdraw

After played through all the bonus wagering and completed withdrawal to my VISA card it was reversed. Now I am having problem giving withdrawal in the casino software, at one point live support just stopped responding. I did not receive any response to my last mails to all contacts on their website. It appears my withdrawal and deposit options have become blocked and this is going on about quite a while now, it will soon be a month now,
