Golden Lady Casino - Delaying my withdrawal

I have a pending withdrawal since September 19, 2016 the site states withdrawal can be reverse up to 24hrs my request is still in reversible mode. When i asked about it online chat agent Mathieu claimed it may take up to six days. It has been 10 days and it is in reversible mode. I again contacted online help Mathieu again responded oh you will get your money next week we are having technical difficulties. When I enquired why wasnt I sent an email telling me of the issue he ended the chat session abruptly.
Am at fault not to have read the reviews on this casino before i deposited my money.

Kindly assist if you can the amount is 472 USD
