Golden Cherry withdrawl problems

I have tried repeatedly to contact finance about my winning. They show they are paid out but they never reach me or are not paid to me, they keep showing paid and they are discounted from my balance on line and never come to my bank

I have won a large sum of money. I have emailed at least dozen of times to the finance department. My balance in the casino continues to go down by 500 dollar intervals and the casino says they paid me, It never shows up in my banking account. When I try to contact finance no one will respond to my emails explaining what is happening to my money. They just keep deducting it from my balance and I never get paid. but they show they are paying me my money. I keep trying to tell them its not coming to my bank and no one will respond and the next week I check I have lost another 500 in my balance and again no payment deposits to my banking account. You can never talk to anyone from finance only customer service who can not help you with Finance.

another 500 was sent to me from Golden Cherry which I did not get in my bank account. Customer Service live chat says the finance says I am getting the money. I sent them a copy of my bank statement to show them I have never recieved the money they are speaking of. I have thousands of dollars coming to me. I am getting the run around. Every time my account goes down by 500 dollars and they show on their end paid to me. . Fine they may be paying it out but where is it going and they wont contact me to talk with me to tell me what is going on. I have proved to them with tthe bank statement that I am not getting the 500 weekly or how ever they say they are paying me I feel that the statement from my bank should be all the proof they need and to resend the money and find out where they are sending it. Its a mistake somewhere!!!! I am owed thousands of dollars and have not gotten a dime of it. Finance keeps telling customer service that I am getting paid and thats all they will tell me. {lease try to striaghten this out asap. I have always paid them when I gamble and I want my money.

They told me at customer service that US depositing problems were occurring but they sent three payments of 500 each that never reached my bank account but was deducted from my casino balance I am owed thousands of dollars that I won onDecember 1 2011 Finance department refuses to answer emails and I have written dozens I even sent mybank statements to show I never received the money but they keep saying it has been sent and customer service won't let you talk to finance department

I have just today recieved 500.00 of the 1500.00 they said they sent to me. Waiting to see if more is to come. At that rate of 500.00 a week if I get it, it will take over a year for them to pay me. I dont understand why they cant wire more lump some when you win big!! I will be happy to get the 500.00 a week if it keeps coming but right now they rippped me for one thousand that they say I got which my bank statements showed them I did not, so I dont know what to think if the 500 was to shut me up for awhile or what. Total owed is a large sum,that will take like I say a year to pay me if that is how they are going to pay out
