Golden Cherry casino wont pay my 2nd cashout

I n December 2011 I won over $1000 playing at Golden Cherry Casino. I cashout $1000 in two $500 withdrawals. One went through and I got the money. But the other withdrawal went back into my casino account. I withdrew the $500 again and as of today February 6, 2012, I have not received the money. The first cashout was early December and as the screenshot shows it was complete 12/13/11. That was the same day the other $500 was returned to my account as a reverse withdrawal. I cashed out that $500 the same day and it showed "complete"12/20/11. I received the first cashout, but I never received the 2nd. I have been calling and talking to customer support and have emailed the finance dept. several times. Customer support claimed they emailed the finance dept after each of my calls but still, no response. I hve not played on that site due to this problem.

Just checked my account today and looks like they finally sent my money. Thanks a lot ASKGAMBLERS.COM.
