Golden Cherry Casino - Refusal to disable account on request

I emailed Golden Cherry casino five separate time to disable my account. I finally had to threaten the casino with a report to the US FBI, before they would even acknowledge my request. This took over a month and a half. I told them that I was going to contact the credit cards to cancel deposits for two days. The online chat agent asked me not to contact the credit cards and that I should request a reversal of funds from their finance department. Of course they didn't do as I requested. I should have contacted the credit cards to cancel the deposits. If you have a hard time controlling your gambling or think that you might have to disable your account absolutely DO NOT play at this casino.
