I have been dealing with Courtney at golden cherry. I have lost over $20k in this casino. The web site says 2-3 days for a withdrawal ...that is a joke...expect 3 weeks at least, then just $500 at a time, per 3 weeks. I received $500.01 10/28/12, then it bounced 11/23/12. Response has been terrible! No urgency whatsoever. They don't care. What can I do? I've told them I'm overdrawn and have bank fees, but all I get are lame emails saying they have forwarded my problem to finance. I wish I would have read this site before I blew all that money

Good news....on Friday I received a replacement check drawn on wells Fargo bank. I didn't want to wait to see if it would bounce, so I went to Wells Fargo and cashed it in person. I was charged $7.50 since I don't have an account there, but got $493 in cash. So this is resolved. Thanks askgamblers ....very impressed.
