Golden Cherry Casino - Can not withdraw my funds

I got a no deposit bonus 20$ at Golden Cherry...

After I fully wager my bonus remaining balance was 100$, I sent all the necessary documents to prove my identity, make the deposit 25$.....

12 july I recieved an email from Joy Finance...

When I go to cashier and try to do my withdraw it's write error ....

"The deposit was not successfully completed:Please contact customer service with the following refere­nce.(W­ith­drawal failed, processor returned error(s): Before you can withdraw to a moneybookers account you must first make a verification deposit to the same account. Please go to the Deposit section and make a deposit with Moneybookers and then try the withdrawal again)"

my question is the problem a support meets every day a different answer =))), one operator first said that I was not fully confirmed my identity, and another said to reinstall the client -casino .....

in the end no one can tell what is the real cause of this error

now 3 months later I am writing letters to them ...... but all in vain

I can provide screenshots of all the letters of the casino in order to prove my problem, as well as screenshots of this ERROR and correspondence with many operators at Live Chat.....

I understand that the amount is small, but still do not want to make such indifference on the part of the casino has been reported for the other players, if they have a problem!!
