GoldBet Casino - Pending Cashout for too long

Hi,

I created an account on GoldBet on the 13th of Feb 2014 and made a deposit of €250. After a few hours of playing, I got lucky and won and got my account balance to €20000. I tried to cashout but the cashout was declined and I was asked to send in my documents for verification purposes. I submitted all documents requested (three times in total) and even support at Goldbet confirmed that they have received my documents. I was told my account would be verified within 48 hours, however my account has not been verified yet. I have contacted Goldbet support a couple of times now but their only reply is that the verification is still under process.

I currently have €15000 in my account and want to cashout the funds but wont be able to unless my account has been verified. I feel that Goldbet is stalling the verification process as the documents provided are genuine and they do not want me cashing out my winnings, instead lose it again to them.

Could you please look into this matter and request GoldBet to verify my account so that I could cashout my winnings. Your help in this matter will be highly appreciated.
