My withdrawal for $2200 was approved on Jan 8,2014 i have yet to receive it i have been told numerous times that it would be transfered to my bank account within 1 week i was originally told transfer would be made on Jan 29,2014 when it did not happen i contacted customer support and was told be patient it would be a week more after each subsequent week i have contacted customer support and was told the "relevant office" that handles withdrawals was off for the day ive sent emails to Dawn Palmer who is supposed to be the customer support rep only to be made broken promises ive resubmitted bank info as requested and provided a bank statement from March 3 to current to show i have not received payment
